The OBX Adult Fitness Center has two separate Interval Training Circuits. A 24-Station Circuit combines aerobic, strength and flexibility training. Each member works through the pre-designed exercise format on a timed cue. This circuit is a combination of hydraulic strength equipment and Schwinn Airdyne stationary bikes. It is a low impact workout.

The second circuit is an 11-station strength circuit using Life Fitness state of the art equipment. This is great for building muscle, increasing strength, and improving muscle endurance.

Both circuits take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete. Both are simple to operate and deliver outstanding results. Best of all, there is never a wait for equipment.

In 12 weeks, you can reduce body fat 10-17%, increase strength up to 26%, and improve aerobic endurance by 17%.
